North Warwickshire Borough Council - Key planning documents - Public Consultation 29 January, 2015 | |
North Warwickshire Borough Council has prepared the following documents for public consultation. The consultation runs for a six week period from Thursday 29th January – Thursday 12 March 2015. Meaningful Gap This consultation draws upon existing policy and other background information for evaluating the requirement and justification for what constitutes a “meaningful gap” policy in the Council’s Core Strategy. Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) The proposed CIL charges, or rates, are informed by evidence within the “Review and Update of the Council’s Affordable Housing Viability Assessment,” and “CIL Study and the Community Infrastructure Levy Non-Residential Review and Update Viability Report. The statutory requirement for this stage requires the Authority to consult on its intentions for CIL with stakeholders. Documents and supporting evidence can also be viewed and downloaded from the Borough Council’s website at http://www.northwarks.gov.uk/planningconsultations NWBC encourage the viewing of documents and submission of comments electronically, where possible, to limit the use of paper and valuable resources used in the printing process.
